Refurbished doesn't really apply. One of my machines had the SSD held in with one screw - not the 4 it should have had. They were both very dusty inside and the thermal paste had dried up so they ran much louder than they should have. A good refurb would have blown the dust out and replaced the thermal paste. It's an extra 5 minutes of work per machine. On a positive note, they were both packaged very well in sturdy boxes. A reputable courier was used and they were dispatched quickly.

Very unfair. We fully clean all machines and have a compressor to blow out all our PC's so it would be impossible for these to be very dusty, any dust would have been minimal if any. Also we did not receive any caddies with these but we fix the hard drive securely and as they are solid state hard drives they only need 2 screws to hold in place. This review is from another PC seller so should be taken lightly. Graham

The PC arrived within a couple of days and was very well packaged. I noticed a couple of small issues when opened but after emailing the seller they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. They were quick at responding to messages and offered a solution to the issues. They also kept me up to date along the way. I would recommend these as a seller and will be using them again if needed in the future.
