Never received a collection code to collect the item. EBay sent me a code to take to the shop to generate a collection code. This was done but the shop couldn't find the parcel and said it had been returned. I haven't been able to claim a refund from Ebay. Very disappointed. I've used this collection shop on 4 occasions and twice have failed to collect 2 items. Will never use this shop again.
