Cannot fault this item at all, at this price it was very well made and personally I believe exceptional value for money, it was bought primarily for my wife as she has disabilities, and even though the mattress is a little soft for her it still doesn't take away from the fact that for most people it would absolutely be as described by the seller and we are currently awaiting a mattress topper ordered elsewhere to help my wife, overall great comms, great delivery and great product.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
