The bed arrived a day late, however, the company stayed in regular phone contact and arranged to deliver the sofa after I returned from work the next day. They added a complementary installation of the sofa. The delivery driver went above and beyond for the instalation and was incredibly nice. The sofa is amazing and the quality is even higher than shown in the photos, we are over the moon with it. Over I strongly recommend this company, great customer care and quality products.

Arrived on time. Did get confused as only one in the pack. Read description carefully for each size as some are single items. We found the large to be too tight. Having started a return process, I was messaged by the company to say they would just send a replacement in the larger size, (no need to return original item), which they promptly did. Hubby is wearing it daily at the moment. Still slightly tight on upper thigh, but a nice quality item . ( The XL also contacted 2 supports)
