Pretty good. Instructions for assembly a bit sketchy, no pilot holes for legs fixing to underneath of table so many measurements were taken for correct positioning, tools supplied would no way do the job and one of the sliders underneath the table used to keep the leaf up and stable was too narrow and kept coming out. Fortunately my husband is a retired builder and able to rectify these problems. Overall a lovely little table and chairs.
