I ordered a waffle maker/grill and it came broken. It was wrapped pretty, but not enough to protect the heavy product. I asked about partial refund as I wanted to keep some waffle plates, but seller only offered $20 refund, which is only the cost of shipping I paid for. I’m still paying full price for broken product. Eventually, seller accepted the return, probably cuz he didn’t want to refund $60 I suggested. The seller never sent a return label so I got refund by opening a case.

Overall, my order for my Gaomon digimon bosom figure went fine. My only gripe was how the seller would not reply to messages I sent to him or her. I received no written replies to messages sent directly to the seller. Other than that, my order and shipping went through fine and the item was received around the expected date as advertised with no damage. My Gaomon digimon figure was sent from Japan to South Carolina, so a long shipping time was expected.
