    Could not play the game because the game key has been registered by a previous owner so the game is useless to me.

    only buy new, awesome game

    this is a very bad game to buy second hand on a pc, as it uses something called steam in order to play it and once it has been activated onto an account it cannot be used again, so do not fall into the trap and buy it second hand. i have recently bought it brand new and it is an epic game and many hours can be spent playing this ;)

    The seller did every thing right, efficiently ,absolutely no complaints . The only thing that I did not like and that has very little to do with the seller is that one has to download Steam ,to play it and find out how to play of line ( possible ) time consuming .

    Couldn't have asked for better.

    My preferred game in the best style. The improvements from Civ IV to Civ V are incredible and the game is even more addicting. Highly recommend.
