I managed to order the wrong trellis, SAME at Premier tried her utmost to sort out a return & reorder but return shipping proved too expensive. I have used the trellis and despite it being the wrong size I have managed to sort it and it looks good. Excellent heavy quality wood, a little damage from couriers (Not premier) but 10/10 for Premier customer services

I bought an 1800 high x 830 wide gate which isn't a standard size. The quality is beyond expectation and the fact that it is made to measure makes it just perefect. The price including delivery was less than I could have bought one at B&Q which I would have had to cut to size. The size of the framing is substantial and the fact that everything is treated will ensure that it is a gate to last. Service was excellent, I got a phone call to confirm my size, as was manufacture time and delivery.
