Item arrived without tap medallions included. Third party seller advised that these may not be included as standard, and to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer confirmed that parts are included (and are in the product manual too), so i went back to seller to request they send them, as there was nothing in the item description indicating they would not be included. The seller responded to say Yes. When they not arrive, I requested an update on their postage but have not heard back at all since.
