absolute horrible crooks, sold next day delivery mattress post it out using 3-5 day service and then tell me its my responsibility pay for the return of the item. Its not bad enough my guests had no mattresses to sleep on over Easter the nightmare doesn't stop on ebay.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
