Keeps cutting out
My headphones constantly cut out. This happens every time I move slightly. Otherwise the microphone and sound is great. Also the light to indicate whether I am on mute is not working. I use these for work, and so all these features are important, not happy.

USB headset is more faff than audio jack
These were recommended for audio conferencing (Skype etc), cos comfy, not unweildy size, and useful mute button & light. That's all certainly true. But when you plug in to USB, you have to configure your operating system (or application) to use them as sound output and input rather than your built in default speaker/mic. Then, every time you plug them in again, you're never sure whether the mic has switched over, so you're never sure whether people can still hear you on mute.
