Excellent service all round. There was an issue with the item when it arrived and i contacted the seller. The response was immediate with the offer of a full refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement and the seller obliged instantly and even sending the replacement with a faster delivery window meaning it was delivered just a couple of days after the original. Highly recommended.

When I received the item and it didn't work, I contacted the seller thinking I had been scammed. The seller got back to me immediately (within minutes) and apologised for the fact that it didn't work. He gave me an immediate complete refund, including the cost of the postage and said that he would cover the return postage. It turns out that he was a genuine, reliable seller who was not aware that the item did not work and put right the mistake to the best of his ability.Very good seller, thanks.
