External Blu ray writer
Plug and play as it should be. Connected to a type C port and it appears in file explorer. The unit does come with type A to type C adapter as well. I felt the cable that came with the unit was too short, around 15cm, so I bought a 1m c to c cable so I could use the type C port on the back of my PC and still have it within comfortable reach. So far it has burnt a couple of DL blu rays, a blu ray rewritable and played back some music CD's. Very good price from the seller and now allows me to access my stack of old cd's, dvd's, and blu rays. Upgraded my PC with a Phantek 600s case(no internal bay for blu ray drive!) and I'd already given my old PC to my grandson. Learnt my lesson now though. Plug and play as it should be.
