Ordered 17th, arrived 23rd and sold as new. Sticky seal had been broken on the box and the lens cap was off. contacted seller on the 26th to ask if they could confirm if it was new or new other as when I tried to activate the warranty I wasn't able to as I was told it was not new. No response from seller at all after 5 days. Other than the service, the projector is perfect new or used. Just would have liked a little customer service.
