This is by far the best product I've ever purchased at such a reasonable unbelievable price. The monitor is crisp clear and responsive. Nearly zero scratches. The keyboard and mouse works well and looks new..then the CPU: exactly as described windows 11 and several softwares preinstallled. WiFi dongle works perfect all cables work. I'd rate it 6/5 if possible. Delivery was so fast within 48hrs. I truly recommend!

Cheap pc arrived fast and well packed but was a Fujitsu not Dell HP as advertised; I would not want a Fujitsu. The side panel fell off - no retaining screw. A hard drive was loose inside the pc. For downloads, I keep this on 24/7 but every couple of days it goes off for no reason.
