Balloon pack came with out ribbon to attach , bit of an upset and hassle when I opened it the night before her birthday i contacted seller and was un helpful

We expressed our apologies for any inconvenience caused, noting that an earlier notification could have facilitated a resolution. Despite their request for a full refund based solely on the missing ribbon, we were unable to comply, as our policy does not cover full refunds for complimentary items. This decision led to the buyer leaving negative feedback.
