    perfect product

    i was lacking energy, I can't go in the sun, as my skin is very sensitive, I read a book about vitamin deficiency. was taken aback how wonderful this product is, I take it with vitamin k, I have more energy, sleep better, helps with the diabetic [2] and the under active thyroid. thanks for this!

    Brilliant

    Same brand my Doctor prescribes and I don't have to pay the same price as a prescription (for only 4 capsules)! Just make sure you don't take more than you need. I was prescribed 20,000 IU per week. 30 capsules per pack should last for months.

    An investment that will benefit your health.

    I’ve been taking this for 8 years now. It’s the best investment I did for myself, my health. In the UK we tend to be VitD deficient so having 1 a week helps to keep on top of those deficiencies. It’s always best to do a routine blood test every 6months or yearly to see if all your body nutrient levels are ok. Depending on how low your results are you can take this 1-2 times a week. Both my husband & I feel that they help with even aches and pains in the joint and tendons. Hope this helps. Definitely recommend to everyone.
