I found this company to be very helpful - when I contacted them to ask if a particular used scanner was suitable for my needs, they confirmed this and also offered two suitable alternatives, in case I preferred those. They also suggest scanning software, which was excellent.The scanner I chose arrived on time, via a 48 hour courier service and in excellent condition - in fact exactly as listed on ebay.I'm happy to recommend tradescanner without any reservations.
