    Doesn't work well

    Product does not work well. It definitely cannot do 5 sheets at a time, since it cannot even do 2. It gets stuck a lot and you spend most of your time trying to clear the blades. I'm most likely just going to throw it in the bin. It was also very dusty when I got it, it would have been nice if it could have at least had a quick wipe. I would not recommend this purchase.

    Does the Job But....

    Is fairly quiet and does the job of shredding. My only gripe is that the shreds are fairly wide and don't seem to be severed. This means the bin fills up and gets clogged quite quickly. You have to keep removing the mechanism to push down the shreds. For what I paid I can't complain too much but would now consider paying more for a better model.

    Casing of shredder cracked i no it was refurbished but I would have thought casing would be ok as that cannot be refurbished apart from a brand new ca

    Just disappointed with shredder new ones only £20 I payed £17but you live and learn
