I am highly disappointed about the services of this seller. Firstly my order was scheduled to be delivered between 13th and 14th of April but the order arrived on the 20th of April. Secondly, the order is completely different from what the seller advertised. The colour and packaging ar different from what was advertised.The material is wooly and it's pulling off. It also has no height and feels more like a cover shawls instead of a bed topper. It adds no significant impact to the bed. Never buy

Sent me out a fleece instead of the single duvet set. When I sent them a message explaining they had sent a fleece in a single duvet set packaging I got no reply to apologise or offer solution. Just a generic message for a return label. I find that rude and now I don't even want the duvet set they sell!!!
