Item was sent late, very poorly packaged & hence sustained damage in the post. Poorly described item. Listing stated a 2015 laptop model & 2013 lower spec model was received. Contacted the seller about the issues & to claim a refund. There was no further communication or reply from the seller. I would therefore be very careful buying from this seller. Unfortunately this is the first time I have had to leave negative feedback about any seller on eBay.
