Its OK. The box was damaged when it turned up, but wasn't too bothered about that too much even though it was a Xmas present for my son. The main issue we had, was when we put the clamp bolt in. Too clamp it too my sons desk, the nut fell inside the steering wheel housing, which we couldn't get out, so I had too buy a whole new steering for him, he was very upset when this happened, so it must of been faulty when we bought it,Its OK. Good entry level set up
This is built to a budget, and aimed the casual racer, that wants to spend under £100. It's a great first wheel. No force feedback, and plastic shaft and mechanism, but it works fine. I was happy with mine until I could afford to upgrade.
