I am complaining that the delivery company you chose does not provide good customer service. I live in a high-rise building and was waiting for my parcel. I thought that they would deliver it directly to the door, but they threw my parcel downstairs under the mailboxes on the floor where are the promotional materials and did not warn me. It was only by chance that no one took her. Well, it could have been left in my mailbox (this parcel-a small envelope). I am extremely outraged by this service.
