Arrived 6 days late and the day after the birthday (gift). Allegedly dispatched on a Tues (seller) and received by the courier a week later. A tracked item but nobody knew where it was. Seller communications were prompt but achieved little. The toiletries are as described but it came with 2 bags and no box; no idea why I got 2 bags. Doesn't smell as strong as other Molton Brown products I have had but it looks neat and good value. Make sure you order in plenty of time!!!!
