All prices listed in GBP(£) include VAT. Perfume Direct does not operate a price-matching policy.
 
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order, except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered and are unable to supply that item to you at that price we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned but will advise you of this.
 
We may not be able to accept your order if the product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued or if there is a problem with authorisation of the payment on your credit card. In any of these instances, our Customer Service team will contact you.
 
Perfume Direct reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items.
 
 
 
Delivery
 
We do not currently offer delivery to international destinations.
 
If Perfume Direct is unable to fulfil part, or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will refund your payment for those items. Perfume Direct will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
 
During periods of severe weather conditions (e.g. floods, gales, snow) or sale periods / busy periods (e.g. Christmas) deliveries may take a little longer than we’d hope. In these circumstances, we aim to keep our customers updated where we can and we will amend our delivery estimates accordingly. Where possible, we advise all our customers to plan their orders with plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
 
During Stock Takes there may be a slight delay in order processing but orders will still be delivered within advertised delivery times.
 
Once delivery has been made to you, the products ordered will become your responsibility, except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty upon delivery, or have been delivered incorrectly, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
 
 
Undelivered Items
 
Please notify us if your order has not arrived within 14 days and we will investigate with our courier. Failure to do so, will prevent us from being able to process your non-delivery claim, and subsequently we will be unable to offer you a refund.
 
Unfortunatley, no compensation will be given in the rare event of a non-delivery.
 
 
 
Payment
 
We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Delta or by PayPal. Perfume Direct will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.
 
 
 
Cancellation
 
Once your order has been accepted into our warehouse we are unable to make any changes but you may be able to cancel your order if you contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order confirmation. The quickest way to cancel would be via “My Orders” section on the website and choose the order you wish to cancel.
 
Alternatively call our Customer Service team on 0330 900 2200 Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Due to the fast action required, we do not recommend using email to do this.
 
We are unable to guarantee any requests to cancel.
 
 
 
Returns
 
If you decide to cancel the order once you have received it, please return the unused product to us in the same condition you received it, together with the original packaging following our Returns Procedure.
 
If you receive an item that is incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours. We will replace the product or refund your payment, as appropriate.

Refund Policy
 
You will be refunded in full via the original payment method. We will process the refund as soon as possible once the product has been received, but please allow up to 30 days from when we receive the product back from you.

Any complaints should be made via the eBay messaging tool.
 
Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days. You will be informed of all progress.

    Elizabeth Arden Skin Protectant is my favourite skin care ritual for 16 years!

    This multi purpose fragrance free skin care cream is useful all around the body. I use it on my lips mainly, dry/problem areas (t zone and chin) and as an eye cream before bedtime. Once my face is washed, cleansed and toned, using only a pea-sized amount daily really has helped improve the condition of my skin and helps maintain my healthy skin glow while being well hydrated & moisturised. This product lasts for ages, at least 6-10 months if using daily. Getting this amazing product at such a bargain price is a steal.

    Nasty smell and the colour is pale than original

    I used this product many year and I ordered it because this one was advertised on eBay for the cheapest price and now I knew it’s not worth buying as the colour is pale and smells nasty. I checked with my original old pace I bought in boots store it’s not same printing and packaging looks lots different than original as well. Very disappointed.

    I have used this lovely product for many years. Originally recommended by some models, actors and celebs. It keeps the skin soft, supple and hydrated. You may find it sticky like honey initially but just massage it in. You will not be disappointed! Perfect to protect your skin in cold and windy weather. Will stop your skin from getting chapped. I don't use it under foundation but usually use it if going walking or on days off work when I don't need to wear foundation. Great product!

    Amazing Product

    This stuff is like magic cream - every home should have a tube. Not only is it a great moisturiser but also a fantastic treatment for sore or dry skin, cuts, bruises, burns you name it. The other night I scalded my finger quite badly on a hot pan straight from the oven. After holding it under cold running water for 10 minutes I applied a dab of 8 hour cream - seriously the next day I was hard pressed to recall where the burn actually was. Absolutely brilliant

    Wouldn't be without it

    This is a brilliant skin repair product that I use at night (as it's quite a heavy texture) on dry areas to keep my skin moisturised, such as my hands and lips. I've taken one star off the Original version, because I personally don't like the smell of the cream but Elizabeth Arden now make the same one that is Fragrance Free so that one would get five stars from me for sure. Great product and great value on eBay.
