WASTE OF SPACE !!!! sure i clicked memory foam,was supposed to be next day delivery,asked him Tuesday why it hadn t come, he changed courier twice,so when it came it was folded, anyway told me to open it, had marks on it,its only 8 inch NOT 10 the smell was awful, still lingering now makes me feel sick, no support for sides, not happy but he won t give me a refund or collect it, ..eventually got it picked up BUT NO REFUND, Ebay had to refund me,also takes ages to reply to messages

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
