The vacuum arrived rapidly and was well packaged and in brand new condition. Assembly was simple and intuitive. I have a white dog!!!! So I needed something that would REALLY pick the hair up. However, I am disabled and pushing a heavy vacuum causes me a lot of pain. This Shark seems to pick even more than my previous vacuum, but it did so causing me less pain than my previous model. The balance is so much better and it's much easier to take down for "wand" use.

Great hoover
Good clean product....strong suction and easy to use....I replaced a Dyson ball which was much heavier...I personally find this hoover a far better product and the lift away feature is great for stairs and even the car.

An excellent buy.
I have used shark vacs before and found them to be excellent and this is no exception. Firstly, it clicks together really easily and firmly which was great. I have a very fluffy cat and I think her fur killed off my last vac. So I’m hoping this vac survives. The only slight drawback is that it’s quite heavy but I’ll get used to it and there are no stairs in my flat.
