The communication and delivery was great..top notch. I was disappointed however, as I asked for scroll, I thought/hoped it would've been pre-rolled, ribbon attached, and in a tube for storage. Nope- flat, A4 sheet of paper, so no point to the ribbon as it would need to be stored flat. To be honest, I wasn't impressed with the item for the money. I could have resourced & printed myself. (Sorry, just being honest.)
