I received these items very quickly, individually wrapped inside the large envelope. I contacted the seller after trying out one of the neck collars because I didn’t find it to be very effective for my neck pain, and when they responded to me they were very polite and immediately refunded my purchase price, which is why I am now giving positive feedback.
