Good size pill to swallow. Good quality, all round great value. If you get a tooth infection or any infection larger dose of thesd will help get rid of it. Also needed while taking weight training supplements. I swear by Zinc along with vit B12. Always consult your Dr first but in general great especially for male health. A* for value Vs Product here.
