Terms and conditions of the sale
Unless we agree otherwise with you, then we will normally ensure that Goods are delivered to you no later than 5-7 days from the day after you submitted your Order to us.
 
We shall use reasonable endeavours to dispatch Goods to you by the estimated delivery date and time.
 
If our supply of the Goods is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
 
If there is a risk of a substantial delay, you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Goods you have paid for but not received.
 
If we do not get the Goods to you by the estimated delivery date then you may cancel your order straight away if any of the following apply:
we have refused to deliver the Goods.
Delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances)
You told us before we accepted your Order that delivery within the deadline was essential.
 
If you do not wish to cancel your Order straight away you can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can cancel your Order if we do not meet the new deadline.
 
If you do choose to cancel your Order for late delivery, if the Goods have been delivered to you, you will have to return them to us or allow us to collect them, and we will pay the costs of this. After you cancel your Order we will refund you any sums you have paid to us for the cancelled Goods and their delivery.
 
Delivery is deemed to take place when the Goods are delivered to your nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to you.
 
If you cannot accept delivery, we may at our option re-arrange delivery provided that we may charge you for the additional delivery costs incurred.
 
If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.
 
Upon delivery of the goods, you will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note.
 
Where you are not happy with the product received for any reason, a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, you should either note this on the Proof of Delivery or refuse to accept delivery of the order, if this was not noted at the time of delivery, you must notify us within a reasonable time frame of 7 days, in exceptional circumstances or in the holiday season we may agree to extend this to 14 days.
 
We shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage should you not notify us within 30 days of delivery.
 
You may request a copy of the Proof of Delivery, provided that this request is made within 30 days of the date of delivery and we shall use reasonable endeavours to provide such proof.
 
If you do not make such a request, then we shall be entitled to assume that all the Goods in your Order have been delivered successfully.
 
DIGITAL GOODS
Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods.
 
If you want to download something within 14 days of buying it, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.
 
If you don’t give your consent, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies, but you won’t be able to download your digital content until this period has ended.
 
This is to prevent you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content.
 
Once you have activated the product we are no longer able to take this back under any circumstances.
 
We do not sell software we sell license keys that activate software and therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the software works on your device with a free trial before using the license key that you purchased from us.
 
Should you encounter a technical issue with the key that we provided we are always happy to help, should you encounter an issue with the software itself you must contact the brand in question order to resolve, you must also give us an opportunity to repair or replace with a like for like product if what you received is of unsatisfactory quality or not as described..
 
We may refuse to refund you should we decide that the issue is not down to a faulty product but down to a bad fit to your system.

    Excellent Keyboard

    Im basically agreeing with all the other good reviews as reading those is what convinced me to try this keyboard as i have had many and many have fatally met their end due to keys not working etc.. This keyboard is excellent. the keys are brightly marked and not with stickers the key press is short and accurate, its good enough for gaming aswell as the keyboard is very responsive I should of know logitech would be in the top class as ive owned one of their usb mice for years and it has never failed me. Hats off to logitech for producing excellent tech, still to this day. Forgot all those fancy lit up keyboards, just stick to the basics and you wont go wrong.

    Basic and OK, but don't expect too much

    Product is a basic keyboard, to state it is s 'Business' keyboard is stretching the truth. It would not last five minutes in a commercial office. But it's ok for general use. You get what you pay for.

    Excellent UK full keyboard.

    An attractive keyboard that was cheaper was returned because of clunky sticking keys. This Logitech one is very much better, USB connection recognised immediately. Captions on keys are very bold. Recommended.

    USB verses Wifi

    Switching from Win to Mac on macOS High Sierra the mouse keep sticking & got worse making the computer inoperable. apple International recommended I switch to USB operated Keyboard & mouse. It eliminated the problem
