Beds brilliant but the instruction were hard to figure out so when building just bare that in mind as it’s just pictures and nothing written to help. Also the white bottom part for the inside had lots of white bits on but other than that the beds brilliant and the fabric … doesn’t seem like velvet tho.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
