Waited for this to be delivered then once arrived package was wrapped as a gift in the original packaging unopened, When 9 year old daughter opened one of the backpack handles were torn and when asked seller for a replacement or refund was advised that we had damaged the bag deliberately when this was opened with knife or scissors no knife or scissors were used to open the package very disappointing response from seller!! Very poor quality bag and handle and poor customer service
