Delivery was expected on 14th Dec, so when it hadn't arrived by 16th I messaged seller who was very apologetic and offered a full refund, no questions asked! I have recently had some trouble with a seller on Etsy who was unhelpful and blackmailed me saying if I didn't give a 5* review, I wouldn't get my refund, so this was very refreshing!! Would highly recommend this seller!!
