Headboard came apart after 2 days, contacted the seller and agreed a partial refund but never received anything and now not returning my messages. Just be aware the the finish on these beds are poor staples everywhere and definitely not been put together with quality wood, more like old wood pallets. I never leave negative feedback but this item failed after 2 days and they agreed to partial refubd as didn't really want a replacement ( flimsy and poor finish)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
