ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND/NO LONGER WANTED/ORDERED BY MISTAKE will receive only a 50% refund or be returned to customers if they have been opened/unboxed/had seals removed or are no longer in original condition.
 
1 - FAULTY ITEMS
If, within 14 days of purchase, you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement you must first contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System, we may be able to resolve your issue without the need for a return. If a fault has been detected after 14 days the issue can only be resolved directly with the manufacturer.
 
All printers being returned as faulty must have a manufacturer support fault reference in order to guarantee a refund. The fault reference can be obtained from manufacturer customer support or through their website chat. We will only compensate for postage (up to £5) where this reference is provided.
 
Any faults must be described accurately as the item will be inspected and tested upon receipt to ensure a genuine fault. Items returned for false/inaccurate reasons where a fault is not present will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer.
 
2 RETURN OF NON-FAULTY ITEMS
If within 14 days starting the day after delivery of receiving the goods you wish to return the item and cancel your order, you should contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System.
 
We can only accept the return of non-faulty goods providing the goods are complete, unopened, have factory seal transit tape/clips in place (and have not been removed), with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received.
 
In the case of a printer unit, please ensure that all accessories, cables, printed material, CD's, original inks AND extra Ink Cartridge bundles are included with your return otherwise it will not be authorised.

    I was over the moon with my purchase of this canon pixma printer' it was so easy to set up to my laptop & it prints excellently no marks or any wearing signs & actually looks new. & even came with ink. the printer copy's & also scans a very good price & value. many thanks

    Cheap printer, very expensive ink.

    Easy to set up but as it didn't come with ink, I had to buy ink separately and found it to be very expensive. Good value? On the face of it, yes, but when replacement ink costs are taken into consideration, probably not. This is an old Canon trick of course and had I not been desperate to replace my old Canon printer, (With it's own chipped obsolecence.) I might have bought an Epsom instead. I've only printed two pages so far, so really much to early to be asked for an accurate review.

    Reasonable cost to Buy but cannot get the Printer to work.

    The Printer and Computer will not talk to each other. I downloaded the C.D.that came with the Printer and i printed a test paper with no problems but when i try and print anything else all i get is Printer Error. I have made sure that there is plenty on ink and paper in the Printer and i have a new U.S.B. Cable.and it is plugged in but will not print anything.
