Seller was great and lovely communication - but there was an issue with the courier maybe? Though on my end it seemed like the seller just marked the item as dispatched as there was no tracking - and then didn’t send the item. When a case was opened the seller did send a ‘replacement’. Either the courier was indeed rubbish here and my bad, or the seller forgot. But either way it came in the end and as described. So thank you :)
