You are a good seller but the product is not helpful as the photos were deceiving and the cable gave no idea if the cable is retrievable or not. The power cord does not go inside the compartment but stays out, no good idea. I got confused with the Fake push button on the top of the other side that should be for the Cord retrieval system. Thank you for refunding and helping, hence I leave positive feedback as I promised. Its not your fault its the product and the buyer must read all the details.

Arrived yesterday evening with no update or card through the door to say it has been left with a neighbour and had no idea of what address had been left at, luckily I had the neighbour spot me to let me know they had my parcel. Other than that, I am giving the positive feedback due to everything as described is genuine. Their punctual with the despatch and the hoover itself is small yet durable. Had to use an extension cable for hoovering the stairs as cable length isn't long enough.
