I just wasn’t happy with the purchase because the straps in the listing were wrapped but I received them without the wrapping paper, so I wonder what happened? and I requested an exchange but I was required to pay for the return AND the new shipping fee. I decided to keep the purse to avoid any stress and extra fees. I will not purchase from this seller again.
