- design peace, looks its good made (time will show)
- smells goods (no off odor)

- packing came as a wrap
- matrial is realy thin I am supprised
- the inside of bag a bit rustling
- personally I think its overpriced have found after Xmas in Tesco store similar bag in grey colour for half the price
- The overpriced is also due to delivery (shipping costs) and extra VAT

Unfortunately as you have mentioned, ebay charged you extra VAT due to you being based in Slovakia as we are based in the UK. On top of the VAT, you were also charged an international shipping fee, which increased the price of this bag way more than its original price for someone based in the UK. Waited for this to be delivered then once arrived package was wrapped as a gift in the original packaging unopened, When 9 year old daughter opened one of the backpack handles were torn and when asked seller for a replacement or refund was advised that we had damaged the bag deliberately when this was opened with knife or scissors no knife or scissors were used to open the package very disappointing response from seller!! Very poor quality bag and handle and poor customer service
