The product arrived without tags and with severe patches of colour fade on the cape, although described in the advert as new with tags, tried to communicate with the seller for a full refund and return but although swift replies were received they just tried to offer partial refund if we kept the item. They eventually agreed to a refund if returned but kept failing to agree to cover postage. Raise the issue through ebay who issued a QR code to cover return postage and received a full refund.

Days after order has "dispatched" status, seller gives excuse of being unable to send due to packaging damage. Somehow unable to fulfil order, yet continues to advertise "fast shipping of UK stock" for this item, so this seller is dishonest. Avoid this seller if want to get what's advertised.
