Awful experience , avoid , I ordered iPhone 15 pro max , after almost 10 days I received the text from eBay which mentioned: seller cancelled order due to buyer request, I asked seller I didn’t cancel it , why u mentioned like that ? Why u cancelled? He made an excuse and said there was a problem about address delivery!!! Without any more explanation , then I got refunded after couple of days

Overall rating of 'Neutral' due to the poor address label on the product packaging. The very poorly printed label had a handwritten house number of '8' (see photo). This is incorrect and so the package went to the wrong house. Luckily our neighbour took it in and kept it safe. I don't know if was the sender or Royal Mail who wrote the number 8, but if the label had been printed properly in the first place, it wouldn't have happened. Otherwise the phone was as described and good value for money.
