Seller avertised item as new and unopened but the item came in a box that was already falling part and the product had scuff marks.
On my request and attempt to return the product, the seller tried to intimidate me by telling me to ensure I return the correct item with the right serial number instead of admitting they’re wrong.
I returned the item on the same day I received it and the seller received it in less than 48 hours but they refused to refund me until I raised a case with eBay.

Item was described as opened but never used - there was electronic grime around the buttons that suggested otherwise but the item works so this isn't too devastating. I received the item 2 weeks after ordering when the dispatch time was 2-3 days, I had to report to ebay to get it finally dispatched, I guess they just forgot to post which happens but I wouldn't know because there was no communication from the seller.
