One of the accessories was damadged/bended ,but otherwise no sign of use what so ever, tested and worked perfect, also was super quick delivered. I messaged them directly and they responded the same day and organised a collection from my home, they sent a replacement that arrived before the damaged was collected and was in brand new condition with all the cellophane and protection on it and in a brand new ninja box.
