It's an absolutely gorgeous mirror, a lot bigger than I expected. It also came earlier than the expected delivery date. The box was secure with a lot of wrapping and styrofoam to ensure the glass wouldn't crack or shatter. 10/10 purchase, if you want a new mirror then get your hands on this one ♡♡♡

They quickly came back to say courier had misplaced package and offered full refund or replacement. I asked for replacement which they despatched same day and it was delivered next day. Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
