Sale and Return:
Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with tags if applicable, and must include all the accessories in the original packaging.
This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged.
Even if the returned item is incomplete or damaged during the shipment of the return because it was not properly packaged, the seller could deduct a certain amount from the refund to meet the loss of value of the item.
If the cost of the return shipment falls within the cases where the buyer has to pay - for example, no shipping error with proof of order, change of mind, or unwanted item -, and the buyer charges the seller instead, the seller will deduct from the refund the value of the label charged by eBay.
Upon delivery of the products by the courier, the customer is required to verify that the packaging of the products appears intact, not damaged, not modified in any way. Any damage to the products and/or their packaging must be reported to the courier. In the absence of a written complaint, the user will not be able to raise objections thereafter.
When the couriers declare the delivery of the products, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
If the order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. We have no responsibility for these charges. In the case of international shipments, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund if the item returns to the UK for any reason attributable to the customer, for example, if the customer did not accept the package or refused to pay any customs fees, or did not collect the package.
For orders shipped in the UK, if the package is returned to the warehouse for any reason attributable to the customer, for example, because not collected by the customer or wrong address, the seller may decide to subtract the shipping cost from the refund.
