I fully understand why you gave me negative feedback, I would have done the same if it had happened to me. .As I said in my last message to you I was making enquiries at royal mail and it appears that it was lying in a sorting office because the postage charge was underpaid. I paid what I was asked to pay. However I sent evidence of this along with the book and hope you will see that it is Royal Mail who should be apologising to the both of us for the frustration caused.
