Delivered within time estimate, size not as expected 30 cm only resistance band when laid flat, as it is a loop other side would be other half of expected and advertised 60 cm size. description could have been clearer, instructions included show bands placed around lower hips but size supplied only allows for ankle exercise (at a push), I bought these for only arm/upper body exercise (as a cyclist this area is neglected) - adequate for purpose (just).
