I was very impressed with this sellers communication throughout the buying process. Unfortunately when the glass item arrived it was broken, due to Royal Mail, as the seller had packed it well and covered the box with fragile tape and a large 'handle with care' note on the outside of the box. The seller sent me a refund straight away. I would definitely recommend this seller.
