Seller does not send item .. sent some sort of proof but was showing 2 weeks later that he sent the item then sends abuse when eBay open a claim against them and refund me.

Provided buyer proof of postage via Royal Mail, he did not accept this and demanded tracking. This was a £3 item so obviously did not send it tracked. False claim regarding abuse, I told him that I'm sure it will have arrived and I get a reply of a meme telling me to "Shush".
